At Pickle Sensation, our vadiyalu are handmade the traditional way, using freshly grated ash gourd (budidha gumadi), rice flour, cumin, green chilies, nuvvulu, ghasa ghasalu, suggubiyyam, karivepaku and rock salt – all sun-dried to perfection. No chemicals, no preservatives – just pure, natural ingredients prepared with love.
