Refund & Return Policy – Pickel Sensations

At Pickel Sensations, we strive to deliver quality homemade pickles and food products with utmost care. However, if an issue arises, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


1. Refunds for Orders

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will ensure a prompt replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind. Kindly review your order carefully before checkout.


2. Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, reach out to our customer care team with your order ID, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup if necessary.

  • Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Products marked as “final sale”, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


4. Replacement & Delivery Timeframe

For approved damaged, replacement, or exchange requests, the new product will be delivered within 10–15 days.
